Quick Snapshot

Client: Pharmacy Benefits Optimizer (identity withheld under NDA)
Role: Lead UX Strategist and Copywriter, collaborating with graphic designers, developers, marketing leads, and video production teams
Primary Goal: Develop and launch user-friendly website and training videos

The Challenge

The client needed a centralized, accessible platform to house educational resources about complex pharmacy benefit offerings. The materials had to be structured for quick understanding by a busy, non-technical audience, maintain brand consistency, and comply with healthcare industry standards - all under an aggressive timeline of just three months from start to launch.

The Approach

  • Conducted industry research to inform information hierarchy and learning design while applying the client’s established brand tone and content guidelines.

  • Prioritized a phased, agile content development process to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

  • Collaborated cross-functionally with UX designers, developers, marketing leads, and video production teams to ensure efficient handoffs and alignment across all deliverables.

The Solution

  • Developed and structured content for a new training website with clear navigation and easy-to-access resources.

  • Crafted a comprehensive FAQs section that addressed common client questions and reduced the need for direct support.

  • Scripted and helped produce seven high-quality training videos featuring on-screen talent, translating complex pharmacy benefits concepts into approachable, actionable talking points.

The Results

  1. Successfully launched the full training platform on time, meeting all project milestones within the three-month deadline.

  2. Received extremely positive feedback from the executive team for the clarity, usability, and brand alignment of the content.

  3. Platform is live, with audience engagement metrics forthcoming in the next reporting cycle.
